Steve prepared the HIP for the sale of my old property and the full survey report for the purchase of my new property. Both jobs were carried out very quickly and efficiently, the documents being provided in hard copy and in electronic format and, in my many years dealing with property from a legal point of view, I have never come across as detailed a survey.
