Welcome to the new Severn Valley Business Group weblog or Blog, and it is useful to outline some Blog rules so that we can all get the best out of it.
Bear in mind this Blog is set up with FULL Internet visibility, so don’t say anything that you wouldn’t want shared with the whole world, so that means personal, hurtful or derrogatory comments should not be shared or even considered.
Links are welcomed to external sites but in order to avoid bandwidth constraints please do not post YouTube videos or other images and the aim must be to use it to further the aspirations and objectives of the Group and the Members as a whole. When we get an idea of the Blog usage we may be able to relax this restriction.
Do spell check your entries, there is a built in spellchecker so no excuse and the Blog administrators will not be held responsible for the content from its contributors and will exercise a moderator role and be willing to ban contributors that sail too close to the wind.
This is a professional Blog and we would appreciate it if it is used as such and not as an alternative to Twitter, Facebook, MySpace et al which have their own uses where appropriate.
